Call for participants
We are looking for 16 participants for our learning mobilities in the project, Re-Youth, Intergenerational Society: Health and Engagement
First mobility, Greece, Katerini, 20 – 30 June 2024, 12 senior trainees.
The second mobility, Mindfulness for personal growth, Greece, Corfu, 19 – 25 August 2024, 4 participants from staff.
Objectives
01.
Developing the skills of 4 practitioners/trainers of the organization on the topic of mindfulness and active aging
02.
Formation of a group of 12 senior adults in mental health and active aging in a European organization

Timeline
Initiation of the project
The team started to prepare the project details, such as logistics, the activities, to prepare the colaboration and to initiate the core elements for the implementation.
Group mobility of adult learners
Participants in the mobility will develop their skills in planning, implementing and evaluating the process of
learning using principles and tools of mindfulness and conscious learning.
Mindfulness for personal growth
The goal of the course is to help the adult participants staff to design training for adults in the field of digital.
Share results and Project Evaluation Event
Evaluation and reflection about the project implementation, as well as dissemination and further planificaton for increasing the impact of the project.
